Getting Started: $249

Includes your initial consultation and first 3 months of medical weight loss care.
Medication costs are separate and are not included in the program fee. Medication pricing varies based on the medication selected, dosage, pharmacy, shipping costs, and formulation.

Ongoing Care: $59 Per Month

After your first 3 months, patients who choose to continue their care will be enrolled in a $59 monthly auto-draft program. This is essentially the cost of a monthly medical follow-up visit and includes continued provider oversight of your treatment plan.

There are no long-term contracts, and you may cancel at any time.

Brand-Name Medication Pricing

If you choose a brand-name medication, you’ll pay the manufacturer’s self-pay price or your insurance plan’s cost-sharing amount.

For medications prescribed for their FDA-approved indication, we’ll verify your insurance benefits and submit any required prior authorization at no additional charge as part of your enrollment.

For medications prescribed off-label, prior authorization requests are available for a $25 administrative fee. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance company, and approval cannot be guaranteed.
